HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipping according to the best shipping rate based on the location of your item. In order to provide you with our low prices, we use several different warehouses to stock our goods. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping carrier and tracking number for your reference.

Typically, orders are delivered within 2-7 business days. However, popular or backordered items may take longer to process. If your item is scheduled to arrive outside of this shipping window, we will notify you via email about the status of your order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged items to us within 30 days of your purchase. You MUST contact us and receive a RMA (return authorization number) in order for your return to be processed. Please note that returns shipped back WITHOUT an RMA number attached will not be eligible for a refund.
